Intergo Telecom Ltd is committed to and commits its clients to observe and obey pertinent laws in their regions and in the regions of their contacts in the area of electronic communications. strictly forbids any SPAM/Unsolicited messages to be sent to mobile phones from our service at any time.

We consider any unsolicited, unexpected, or unwanted SMS text message sent to mobile subscribers SPAM.

SMS Marketing must follow the 2 simple rules:

  1. Permission Based. Have the explicit or Inferred permission of the mobile subscriber to message them directly or indirectly in a provable way.
  2. Opt-out / Unsubscribe. Provide a free and easy way for customers to unsubscribe and never receive messages from you again

Anti-Spam Policy Enforcement

Any evidence of users not adhering to this anti-spam policy will cause immediate account termination, disconnection of his/her spam message sending, suspension of the service and freezing or permanent closure of any SMS accounts until the violation until the details of the case are cleared. IP Addresses & Relevant information are monitored and will be transmitted to the relevant authorities if requested.

SPAM and Abuse Reporting

Please let us know about any abuse or unwanted/unsolicited messages believed to have been received from our service. In your email, please include your mobile number, the date and time you received it and the contents of the message. Please send the information to and we will take immediate action.
