If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our support team within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to request a refund of any unused credits. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund for the unused portion of your credits.
Please note that any credits that have already been used or consumed are non-refundable.
Refund requests submitted after the fourteen (14) day period from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund, and any remaining account credits will be considered non-refundable.
